WATERCOLOR SKETCHES

¡Hola a todos!

 

Estos días he estado investigando con la acuarela y esto es lo que ha salido. He probado con una pincelada más suelta, aportando detalles solo a los elementos que me interesaban, como las cejas, ojos y labios. Para remarcar los ojos de las chicas he utilizado lápices de colores y para las joyas he usado pintura dorada (¡me encanta!). Al final he añadido unas gotas aleatorias con acuarela en las esquinas de los bocetos.

Suelo hacer uno o dos bocetos al día, y antes de empezar una obra también. Y he de decir que estoy muy contenta porque ya veo los resultados de la práctica :) Poco a poco voy mejorando y superándome.

Hello everyone!

These days I have been having a go new techniques with watercolor and these three sketches are the result. I have tried a loose brush-stroke, adding details only to the elements I was interested in, such as eyebrows, eyes and lips. I have also used color pencils to define the shape of the eyes, and golden paint for the jewelry (I love this paint!). At the end, I put some random watercolor splash on the edges. 

I usually do one or two sketches per day, and also before starting a bigger piece. I have to say that I'm really happy to do this practice, because I already see the results :) I'm improving little by little but I'm enjoying a lot!
